Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Menu Reader mobile application (“App”) and any related services provided by Prabha Mattappally (“Company”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and all other policies and guidelines referenced herein. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. License

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App or its content.

5. User Content

Any content you submit to or through the App, including but not limited to text, images, and data, remains your property, but you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Use the App to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Transmit or share harmful software, viruses, or malware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or data.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, at its discretion, without notice. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time. Upon termination, any licenses and permissions granted under these Terms will cease.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
